The inert ingredients are a concern beacuse they are added as carriers, stablizers emuksufiers, etc and some of those materials are dangerous on their own right and should be regulated more carefully then they often are.

Fumigants-generally small molcules such as carbon tetrachloride ects that gasify easily abd oeberrate rapidly. botanicals-extracted from plants, aka natural organic pesticides. chlorinated hydrocarbon-synthetic organic insectisides that inhabit nerve membrane ion transport and block nerve transmittion.organophosphates-an outwroth of nerve gas research during WW2.carbamates-share many organophosphates properties including mode of action toxcity abd kack of envronmental persistence and low bioaccumulation.microbial pesticides-living organisms or toxins dervied from them used in pace of pesticides.

6.pestresurgence occurs bc most resistant mrembers of a population survive pesticide treatment and porduce more offspring . bc most pests prodice off spring fast the pop quickly rebuilds w/ pesticide resistent individuals.pestidice treadmill- the resistence means that it takes constantly increasing doeses to get the same effect or that farmers who are caught in it must constantly try newer and more toxic chemicals in an attempt to stay ahead of the pest.

7.Crop rotation-growing a different crop in a field each year in a two- to six year cycle. Biological controls such as predators or pathogens Horones that upset development or sex attractions to bait tra[s containing toxic pesticides .

8.IMP-flexible ecologly based pest control stratigy that uses a combination of techinques applied at a specific time aimed at a specific crop and pests.

9.beacuse children consume more pestcides then aldults because of the way they act and their actions.

10. 1-wash fresh fruits and veggies 2-peel fruits and veggies 3 store food carefully 4-cook or bake suspicous food 5-trim fat off meat products 6-don’t pick or eat wild berries by road side 7-grown own fruits and veggies 8- ask for orgnic grown in store.
